  QUALIFICATION USED DURING APLICATION 1) Applicants under Direct Entry Scheme The Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU), in collaboration with University Institutions, National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) and other higher education institutions in the country has established a Central Admission System (CAS) which will be operational starting with the 2010/2011 admissions.
